- Walter - Chef Walter graduated in 2018 from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu-Paris Culinary Institute. He is also a Professional Photographer and holds a Master of Music Education Degree.Â
- Kim - is a Board Certified Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science degree, but loves the challenge of planning and organizing travel adventures, and caring for people. She is married to Chef Walter.
- Dwayne - Well we all know him. He's the Owner of Southern Flair Photography and resident D-Day Historian.
